About Clean Vents UK
Commercial ventilation hygiene specialists — keeping kitchen extract systems, ductwork and fire dampers clean, safe and compliant across the Midlands and the whole UK.
Clean Vents UK Ltd is a dedicated ventilation hygiene company built by tradespeople who saw too many commercial kitchens and buildings running with grease-laden ductwork and neglected fire dampers — a serious fire and compliance risk. We set out to offer honest, compliance-led cleaning with the paperwork that insurers, environmental health officers and fire officers actually need.
We are Midlands based and cover the whole of the UK, working with restaurants, hotels, schools, care homes, offices and facilities management teams. Every job we complete comes with before/after photographic evidence and clear reporting, so you always know exactly what was done and why it matters.
Our promise is simple: turn up when we say we will, do the work to recognised industry standards, and leave you with documentation you can hand straight to your insurer or fire officer.
Our standards
We work to the recognised industry specifications for ventilation hygiene, so the evidence we provide stands up to scrutiny:
- TR19® Grease — the BESA specification behind compliant kitchen extract cleaning, covering canopies, ductwork and fans.
- TR19® Air — cleaning of supply and extract ductwork for healthy indoor air quality.
- BS 9999 — best-practice fire safety in the design and management of buildings, which underpins our fire damper drop testing and inspection.
- BS EN 15780 — the European standard for assessing and verifying ventilation system cleanliness.
